Robert
Voss, the owner of MTE, has a decade of experience in the marine industry,
and a lifetime of enthusiasm for fishing. Robert spent
time as a manufacturer’s representative with companies such as
Nautamatic Marine, the original manufacturer of TR-1 autopilots, and
Garmin electronics. Over the years, Robert worked his way from
the bottom to the top, from a shipping clerk to a product support and
sales director. This has built a solid foundation of knowledge
in management, sales, support, installation, and customer service, with
the unique perspective of seeing and understanding issues from a manufacturer,
dealer, and customer standpoint. When the opportunity arose, it
only seemed natural to strike out on his own.
